We work exclusively across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Central Asia. That focus means we track the leadership market here closely, while applying the same retained search discipline used by international firms: confidential mandates, direct approach to passive candidates, and structured assessment rather than resume screening.
A senior-led, boutique model
Delkarra Executive is run as a boutique practice rather than a high-volume agency. Each mandate is handled by senior consultants directly, with a limited number of assignments in progress at any time, so every search gets sustained attention from briefing to placement.
Discretion by default
Executive moves are sensitive for both sides. We work under strict confidentiality with clients and candidates alike, and we do not publish client names or candidate details; the Case Studies on this site are deliberately anonymized for that reason.
